We are focused on digital strategy, design process innovation, green infrastructure, research and development, modeling, data and statistical analysis, novel data acquisition,  resiliency consulting, and execution and management of major compliance auditing and litigation support projects. We have co-authored a number of national guidance manuals for monitoring of stormwater runoff and evaluating and designing stormwater best management practices and have led key federal rule making efforts and helped states in developing standards.
